As an accredited mediator, Ros is able to provide practical advice and support to organisations and individuals with dispute resolution whether involving staff or civil/commercial disputes. She can assist with advice on good practice and policies and procedures to assist with the management of staff and ways of avoiding disputes.
Her approach to dispute resolution/mediation is non-legalistic but one where she uses a people-centred approach to enable both parties to reach resolution. The mediation service is appropriate for disputes where there is a threat of legal action (or more legal action) or a deadlock in a dispute.
